- Hi, I've decided that there is no better day to start my weight loss journey than the present. It is T minus 15 and counting before the table is set, the bird is carved, the stuffing is plated and the festivities begin. AKA THANKSGIVING!!! I can do this!!! I can take off this weight!!! I have carried it around like some proud baby weight for over 10 years. Only my babies are 13 and 12... No, sadly, mine is some kind of warped "my husband had cancer, I'll eat my way through this and every other traumatic event in my life" weight. My husband is fine- I'll tell you that story another day- Geez it was 10 years ago- enough already. I'm gonna join Weight Watchers! I'm gonna open the Beachbody workout cd that I purchased this summer and I'm gonna post pictures- you know hold myself accountable.
